Ptex exporting to LWO broken

BUILD: 3.3.09 CUDA x64

OS: Vista

I was just testing Ptex and did a quick paint job on the dino model. It looks fine in 3DC but in LightWave the UV map is completely broken. It's only with LWO, I tested OBJ and it was fine.

In LW, did you use any kind of subdivisions Phil? I've seen similar problems using complicated (many islands) maps like the zbrush method, or even using single island maps on a multi res model in blender 2.5.2. I n 2.5.3 they found a solution to fix this. It doesn't look like a 3DC bug.
